The Notre Dame of Marbel University (NDMU) once again proves its excellence in professional education as it proudly celebrates another academic milestone after producing 36 new Civil Engineers in the March 2026 Civil Engineers Licensure Examination (CELE) administered by the Professional Regulation Commission (PRC) .
