Notre Dame of Marbel University Awarded by DOLE XII for Outstanding Career Development Support Program Implementation

KORONADAL CITY, South Cotabato — Notre Dame of Marbel University (NDMU) received a Certificate of Recognition from the Department of Labor and Employment (DOLE) Regional Office No. XII for its Outstanding Implementation of the Career Development Support Program (CDSP) during the 2026 Public Employment Service Office (PESO) Mid-Year Performance Assessment held on August 19, 2026, at Paraiso Verde Hotel, Koronadal City.
The recognition was conferred in acknowledgment of NDMU’s excellence in integrating career guidance and development services into public employment programs, helping equip students and graduates with the knowledge, skills, and opportunities necessary for career success.

Representing NDMU during the awarding ceremony was Shayne Junsay Sales, MAEd, the University's Personality Development Facilitator, who participated in the regional assessment and recognition program alongside representatives from various educational institutions, Public Employment Service Offices (PESOs), and partner agencies across Region XII.
According to the certificate issued by DOLE XII, the award recognizes NDMU’s exemplary implementation of the Career Development Support Program (CDSP) and its significant contribution to strengthening career guidance and employment development initiatives. The recognition highlights the University's commitment to preparing learners for the world of work through comprehensive career development interventions and industry-responsive programs.
The two-day 2026 PESO Mid-Year Performance Assessment served as a venue for evaluating accomplishments, sharing best practices, and strengthening partnerships among institutions and agencies involved in employment facilitation and workforce development.
As the University celebrates its 80th Foundation Anniversary, this achievement further demonstrates NDMU’s dedication to holistic student formation and its mission of producing competent, values-oriented, and globally competitive graduates.
