Jay Roem Constantino, NDMU BSCE 4 Student, Clinches Championship in the National Civil Engineering Students’ Quiz (NCESQ) 2026 Regional Elimination, Advances to Nationals

KORONADAL CITY, South Cotabato — Jay Roem Constantino, a fourth-year BS Civil Engineering student of Notre Dame of Marbel University (NDMU), emerged as champion in the National Civil Engineering Students’ Quiz (NCESQ) 2026 Regional Elimination held on October 24 at the DPWH South Cotabato 2nd District Engineering Office Conference Room.

Representing NDMU alongside Nikko John Briones and Kent Aldrin Lilia, under the guidance of coach Engr. Luke Mark B. Culili, Constantino secured the regional title organized by the Philippine Institute of Civil Engineers (PICE) Region XII.

With this victory, Constantino will represent Region XII in the National Elimination Round in Cebu on November 23.

The NDMU community and PICE NDMU Student Chapter congratulate the team on this achievement and wish Constantino success in the national competition.
