Solis, a BSEE-3 student from Notre Dame of Marbel University (NDMU), secured the championship in the Talumpati competition during the Notre Dame Educational Association (NDEA) Tertiary Invitational Meet 2025 – Academic Events held on December 4 at the BRC Convention Hall. Solis’ victory extends NDMU’s dominance in the event, marking the fourth consecutive year  that the university has claimed the Talumpati crown. His triumph follows the winni
