General Santos City — Notre Dame of Marbel University proudly celebrates Alliyah N. Berja, a second-year BS Civil Engineering student, for being crowned Ms. PICE Regional Student Summit RXII 2026 during the pageant held on February 4, 2026, at the Lagao Gymnasium, General Santos City.

Berja’s victory marks a historic milestone for NDMU as she secured the university’s fourth consecutive Ms. PICE Regional title, continuing a remarkable legacy of excellence in the prestigious competition. She follows in the footsteps of past NDMU titleholders Ferlyn Reginaldo (2023), Crinice Jean Daluz (2024), and Kryzle Ann Teodoro (2025).

The successful campaign was guided by the strong leadership and mentorship of the NDMU Pageant Committee Head, Ryan Jake Granado, with Crinice Jean Daluz serving as Pasarela and Academic Coach. Guidance was also provided by Moderator Engr. Wimar Bless Ramping, Program Head Engr. Melchor Famisan, and Dean Engr. Rolly Tambe. Support from PICE President Elmer Joeben Claveria further contributed to the team’s success.

The NDMU community extends its warmest congratulations to Alliyah N. Berja for bringing pride and honor to the university and for upholding its tradition of excellence on the regional stage.
