KORONADAL CITY — Charles Ivan P. Solis, a BSEE-3 student from Notre Dame of Marbel University (NDMU), secured the championship in the Talumpati competition during the Notre Dame Educational Association (NDEA) Tertiary Invitational Meet 2025 – Academic Events held on December 4 at the BRC Convention Hall.
Solis’ victory extends NDMU’s dominance in the event, marking the fourth consecutive year that the university has claimed the Talumpati crown. His triumph follows the winning streak established by Rivera, Pregonir, and Trinidad, solidifying NDMU’s reputation as a powerhouse in public speaking.
Delivering a compelling and emotionally resonant speech, Solis impressed both judges and audiences with his strong stage presence, articulate delivery, and well-crafted message. His performance not only earned him the top spot but also continued NDMU’s legacy of excellence in oration.
The NDEA Tertiary Invitational Meet brings together the best academic competitors from various Notre Dame institutions, highlighting scholastic talent and communication skills across the network.
