At Notre Dame of Marbel University, we believe that education isn’t limited to the four walls of the classroom. It extends to the rhythm of your heartbeat, the melody in your voice, and the passion in your movements. If you have a love for performance and cultural expression, the NDMU Socio-Cultural Performing Arts Program is the perfect stage for you.


Students who join the program will become members of the prestigious NDMU Performing Arts Group, a vibrant collective of artists representing the university in cultural, regional, and national events. The group is composed of the following specialized ensembles:


  • NDMU Kariktan Dance Troupe – for students with a strong background and passion for folk and cultural dances


  • NDMU Sidlak Dance Varsity – for those who excel in dancesport and competitive ballroom dancing


  • NDMU Maristreet – a team dedicated to the hip-hop and street dance genre


  • NDMU Symphonic Band – for talented instrumentalists who wish to perform in orchestral and band settings


  • NDMU Tambuli Singers – the university’s acapella vocal group for students gifted in singing and choral performance
