NDMU Receives Regional Sandugo Award from the Department of Health

Notre Dame of Marbel University (NDMU) proudly announces that it is among the awardees of the Department of Health – Center for Health Development SOCCSKSARGEN’s Regional Sandugo Awarding Ceremony, held on August 20, 2025, at The Farm at Carpenter Hill, Koronadal City. With the theme “Give Blood, Give Hope: Together We Save Lives,” the event recognizes the invaluable contributions of Local Government Units, Non-Government Organizations, and institutions in promoting and supporting the National Voluntary Blood Services Program.


Bro. Paterno S. Corpus, FMS, EdD, President of NDMU, personally received the award on behalf of the university, signifying NDMU’s unwavering commitment to service, compassion, and community involvement.


The award also acknowledges the vital support and active participation of the NDMU Community and initiators, whose efforts have greatly helped advance blood donation awareness and advocacy on campus. This recognition reflects the university’s continuing mission of fostering a culture of generosity, solidarity, and care for others.


NDMU extends its gratitude to the Department of Health for this honor and reaffirms its dedication to being an active partner in saving lives through blood donation and other service-oriented initiatives
