Notre Dame of Marbel University (NDMU) officially signed a Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) with the National Police Commission (NAPOLCOM) on February 4, 2026, thereby authorizing eligible students under NAPOLCOM guidelines to receive scholarship assistance.
Under the scholarship, all surviving children of deceased or permanently incapacitated police or military personnel are entitled to financial assistance from kindergarten up to the college level at a nonexclusive institution, subject to the institution’s tuition policies.
The scholarship covers tuition and miscellaneous fees payable to the school and will be remitted directly by NAPOLCOM or the Department of National Defense, upon presentation of the approved enrollment or registration form.
This partnership reflects NDMU’s commitment to supporting the education of those who have been affected by the service and sacrifices of our police and military personnel.
Through this initiative, the University aims to provide access to quality education and help shape the future of these deserving students.
The signing of this MOU reinforces NDMU’s role as a partner in fostering academic opportunities while honoring the service and sacrifices of the nation’s protectors.
