NDMU faculty presented researches in the international conference in Bali, Indonesia

Two (2) Faculty members of Notre Dame of Marbel University had presented their research papers during the 8th Future Education Conference in Bali, Indonesia on July 17 to 18, 2025 which was participated by  researcher- presenters from 35 different countries.


Dr. Wilter C. Friales, faculty of the Graduate School and College Education has presented an Autoethnographic Research on Leadership which is the only Qualitative Study presented under the category on Educational Policy and Structure. The uniqueness of this approach in understanding the complexity of the topic Growth in Leading as Young School Leaders has sparked the audience and panelists’ interest that led to an engaging and meaningful discussions during the forum. Dr. Friales is co-authored by Mrs. Leann Jester D. Rosali, the current Principal of the SHS Department.

Another faculty is Dr. Judy Castillo who presented her dissertation paper in her PhD Degree from San Carlos University, Cebu. With the innovativeness of her study focusing on Indigenous teaching of Science, Dr. Castillo was recognized Best Presenter under the category of Teaching and Learning. She is currently a full- time faculty of the Natural Science Department, College of Arts and Sciences of NDMU.

This conference was organized mainly by The International Institute of Knowledge Management (TIIKM) and its international academic and industry partners from USA, Europe and Asia.
