Job Description:
Acts as a Secretary to the College of Dean and Program Coordinators
Maintains office files – electronic and physical files
Assists the Dean in recording the proceedings of faculty meetings
Coordinates the Dean, Program Coordinators, and other colleges concerning office matters
Job Specification:
A graduate of Bachelor’s Degree
Preferably with at least two (2) years of experience in technical/administrative assistance
Must be computer literate
Good in oral and written communication
