NDMU’s Roxanne Angelie P. Valencia, a 3rd-year Bachelor of Science in Social Work student, wins the Impromptu Competition during the recently held Marist Pasundayag 2025 at Notre Dame of Dadiangas University.

Roxanne’s performance captivated judges and audiences alike, showcasing her eloquence, quick thinking, and mastery of social work perspectives. Her achievement contributed to Notre Dame of Marbel University’s strong presence in the academic and socio-cultural events of the inter-Marist competition.

The Marist Pasundayag 2025 brought together students from NDMU, NDDU, and NDKC to compete under the theme “Flowing Together, Forward and Onwards” in academic, socio-cultural, and sports categories. Roxanne’s victory highlighted the university’s commitment to developing students who excel not only in academics but also in communication, leadership, and community engagement, values central to the social work profession.

The event celebrated Marist unity, excellence, and student talent, with NDMU taking home the Overall Academic and Socio-Cultural Championship, reinforcing the university’s dedication to quality education, cultural enrichment, and the empowerment of its students.
