Rachel Sitier, NDMU Grant-in-Aid Scholar, Ranks 10th in the Certified Financial Management Specialist (CFMS) Examination

Notre Dame of Marbel University (NDMU) proudly celebrates the remarkable achievement of alumna Rachel R. Sitier, CFMS, who placed in the Top 10 of the Certified Financial Management Specialist (CFMS) Assessment Examination held in November 2025. She earned an impressive rating of 89.17%, highlighting her outstanding performance.

The CFMS exam evaluates candidates in financial planning, analysis, budgeting, and investment management, covering key areas of financial management as outlined by CPACE Philippines.

The November 2025 assessment for Batch 24 was conducted online on November 15 and in-person at Western Leyte College of Ormoc City on November 17, recording an overall passing rate of 63.83%. Rachel’s Top 10 ranking reflects her strong academic foundation, analytical ability, and dedication to excellence bringing honor to herself and to NDMU. Her accomplishment also serves as an inspiration to fellow alumni and future financial professionals from the university.
