Notre Dame of Marbel University (NDMU) is soaring high following the declaration of Ms. Queenie Marie S. Zuyco, RSW, MSSW, as the Grand Winner of the Ten Outstanding Campus Advisers of the Philippines (TOCAP) 2025 award.
The momentous announcement was made during the prestigious Kulay PACSA, the 44th PACSA National Convention 2025, which gathered student leaders and campus advisers nationwide at Teachers Camp, Baguio City, on November 26, 2025.
The TOCAP award, presented by the Philippine Association of Campus Student Advisers (PACSA), recognizes campus advisers who demonstrate exceptional commitment to student development, leadership formation, and institutional advancement. Ms. Zuyco's victory, her successful journey from finalist to Grand Winner—is a shining highlight of her remarkable career at NDMU.
Ms. Zuyco previously served as the beloved Moderator of the Supreme Student Government (SSG) from 2020–2025, where she was instrumental in fostering a dynamic and service-oriented campus community. She currently serves as the Program Coordinator of the NDMU Social Work Department and is the Mindanao Core Group PACSA Chairperson for 2023–2025.
