Job Title:  PARAISO FARM & TESDA AGRICULTURE PROGRAM IN-CHARGE

Job Start Date: May 18, 2026

Job Status: Full-time Probationary Job Description:

  • Oversees and manages farm operation in Paraiso.

  • Plans and endorses feasible farm projects and TESDA Agriculture qualification program for possible implementation.

  • Coordinates with the farm workers regarding farm operation.

  • Conducts training to trainees enrolled in different qualification based on TESDA’s Competency based Curriculum.

  • Monitors trainee’s performance by conducting institutional assessment.

  • Prepare and processes needed documents for the application and renewal of program offerings to TESDA.

  • Recommends to CCC Director the necessary materials, equipment and consumables needed for the training.

  • Facilitates request of consumables needed by the trainees.

  • Performs other tasks as may be delegated by the CCC Director.

 

 

Job Specification:

  • Must be an agriculture graduate or any allied field.

  • A holder of Trainer’s Methodology and National Certificates of various qualifications given by TESDA.

  • Computer literate.

  • With passion in agriculture and technical education.
