NDMU Medical Technology Delegation Achieves Championship Distinction at the Medical Technology Week 2025 Regional Quiz Bowl

The fourth-year Medical Technology students of Notre Dame of Marbel University (NDMU) emerged as champions in the Regional Medical Technology Week 2025 Quiz Bowl Competition, held on September 20, 2025, at St. Alexius College.

Representing NDMU were Cj A. Manuel, Ada Andrea S. Sarmiento, and Kent Robert A. Cuares, who demonstrated remarkable teamwork, critical thinking, and mastery of their field. Competing against top medical technology schools in Region XII, the team’s outstanding performance brought pride and honor to the university.

Guided by their coaches, Mr. Sam Allen E. Uy, RMT, and Dr. Xavier George H. Cardos, RMT, the NDMU delegation showcased not only academic excellence but also the university’s commitment to producing globally competent and values driven professionals.

The event gathered Medical Technology students, faculty, and professionals across Region XII, in celebration of Medical Technology Week 2025, fostering camaraderie, professional growth, and academic excellence among future medical laboratory scientists.
