NDMU Honored by CHEDRO XII at ASEAN Month 2026 for Global Recognition in THE Impact Rankings and Outstanding Licensure Examination Performance

Notre Dame of Marbel University (NDMU) received a Certificate of Commendation from the Commission on Higher Education Regional Office XII (CHEDRO XII) during the ASEAN Month 2026 Awarding and Culmination Ceremony held on August 27, 2026.
The award recognizes NDMU's exemplary performance in internationally recognized rankings and national licensure examinations, including its inclusion in the Times Higher Education (THE) Sustainability Impact Rankings 2026 (1001–1500).
The University was likewise recognized for its outstanding achievements as a Top Performing School in the March 2026 Medical Technologists Licensure Examination and the September 2025 Licensure Examination for Social Workers, as well as for producing a Top 4 placer in the March 2026 Licensure Examination for Teachers (Secondary Level).
Receiving the award on behalf of the University were Dean Cobrador of the College of Education, Dean Porras of the College of Arts and Sciences, Dean Granil of the College of Health Sciences, and Dr. Rioja of the College of Business, Governance, and Accountancy.
The recognition underscores NDMU's continued commitment to academic excellence, quality education, and global engagement, reinforcing its mission of forming competent professionals and transformative leaders for society.
