NDMU Graduate School Leaders Join Philippine Association for Graduate Education 56th National Convention and General Assembly

Dr. Juvy S. Reyes, Dean of the Graduate School of Notre Dame of Marbel University (NDMU) and President of PAGE Region 12 Chapter, together with Mrs. Sheila B. Roma, Director of the Research and Publication Center and Program Coordinator of the Master in Public Administration, and Dr. Rean May Galang, Graduate School faculty member, attended the 56th National Convention and General Assembly of the Philippine Association for Graduate Education (PAGE).
The convention was held on September 4–6, 2025, at the University of the Cordilleras, Baguio City, with the theme “Advancing Philippine Graduate Education Through Artificial Intelligence.” The event gathered graduate school leaders, educators, and researchers nationwide to:
Explore the pervasiveness and impact of AI on the current design and delivery of graduate education;
Evaluate perspectives and approaches to policy, program, and people development towards AI integration and optimization; and
Enable stakeholders to adopt an evidence-based orientation in using AI tools and resources for teaching and learning.
Dr. Reyes and Mrs. Roma also served as panelists in the oral research presentations, contributing their expertise in the review and evaluation of scholarly works from participating researchers. In addition, Dr. Reyes was elected as one of the National Board of Directors of PAGE, further affirming her active role in advancing graduate education at the national level.
The participation of Dr. Reyes, Mrs. Roma, and Dr. Galang highlights NDMU’s strong commitment to research excellence, academic leadership, and engagement in shaping the future of graduate education in the Philippines.
