NDMU Graduate School Opens Admission and Enrollment for SY 2025–2026

The NDMU Graduate School is PAASCU Accredited Level III.

Notre Dame of Marbel University’s Graduate School is now accepting incoming, returning, and continuing students for the First Semester of School Year 2025–2026.

Students are advised to take note of the admission requirements, entrance exam dates, enrollment schedules, and payment procedures below.

A. ADMISSION

Admission to the Graduate School is still open for First Semester SY 2025–2026.

Initial Requirements:

• Entrance Exam

• Transcript of Records (TOR)

• Filled out Admission Form

The admission form can be downloaded from the NDMU website at www.ndmu.edu.ph under the Graduate School Forms section. It may also be requested via email at gs@ndmu.edu.ph or through the NDMU Graduate School Facebook Messenger.

Interested applicants must email gs@ndmu.edu.ph with the TOR and completed admission form attached. Use the subject line FOR ADMISSION.

Entrance Examination Schedule:

• June 21, 2025, at 8:00 AM

• June 28, 2025, at 8:00 AM

  
  

  Applicants are advised to arrive at least 30 minutes before the exam.

  
  

Entrance Exam Requirements:

• Payment: ₱350 for MA or ₱450 for PhD

• Pencil with eraser

Interview of Admission Applicants:

• Once all requirements and entrance results are submitted, the interview schedule will be sent via email.

• Applicants must confirm their availability for the interview.

  
  

B. ENROLLMENT

Enrollment is to be done in person at the university.

For Incoming Students

• Enrollment Schedule: July 1 to 5, 2025

• Requirements:

  • Filled out Enrollment Form

  • Verified participation in the Pre-Admission Survey

  • Confirmed Admission

    
    

For Returning Students

• Enrollment Schedule: July 10 to 12, 2025

• Requirements:

  • Filled out Intention to Return Form

  • Filled out Enrollment Form

  • Verified participation in the Pre-Enrolment Survey for Returning Students

    
    

For Continuing Students

• Enrollment Schedule: July 14 to 16, 2025

• Requirements:

  • Filled out Enrollment Form

  • Verified participation in the Pre-Enrolment Survey for Continuing Students

    
    

C. PAYMENT INSTRUCTIONS

Registration Fee: ₱3,000.00If you have an existing back account with NDMU, please settle it as soon as possible.

Preferred Method: Direct payment at the NDMU Business Office

D. FINAL PROCESSING

After payment, students must proceed to Records Section – Window 4 for final enrollment processing.
