Job Title: Archives Records In-charge
Job Start Date: June 2026
Job Status: Full-time Probationary
Job Description:
Keeps and maintains student records intact and in proper location;
Processes request from the following:
a. Request Window In-charge and
b. Current Window In-charge
Complies the following:
a. Request of other school for the Copy for Transcript of Records and
b. Verification of student records from the different agency/ies or employers
Prepare the following:
a. Order of correction of name, birth date and birth of place and
b. Semestral grade sheets for binding
Receives incoming mails addressed to NDMU Records Section;
Performs other duties that may be assigned by the Registrar
Job Specification:
Must be a degree holder of any Business Program or allied program.
Has enough knowledge in computer application software like MS-Office.
Even without experience in data encoding.
