Notre Dame of Marbel University (NDMU) — The university proudly honors Sittie Hania I. Ibrahimas, distinguished by UNESCO Philippines as one of the Outstanding Youth Leaders of 2025 during the International Assembly of Youth for UNESCO 2025. This recognition highlights her exemplary leadership, advocacy, and dedication to youth empowerment, cultural understanding, and social responsibility.


Sittie Hania’s leadership journey spans multiple organizations and initiatives at both campus and regional levels. She currently serves as Secretary of the Muslim Students’ Organization (MSO, 2025–Present) and Business Manager of the Confederation of Clubs and Organizations (2025–Present). She represents NDMU as the university delegate to the Junior Social Workers Association of the Philippines (JSWAP) – Koronadal Chapter, 2024–Present, and previously served as Secretary of JSWAP (2024–2025) and Graphic Information Officer of MSO (2024–2025). She is also a member of Akbay Marista (2024–2025) and has led service programs as Team Chairwoman of NSTP Cluster 4 (Vermillion Phoenix, 2023–2024), Chairperson of CWTS Section R (2023–2024), and Deputy for NDMU University Week and Academic Week (2023–2024).


Her commitment to professional development is strengthened by participation in numerous seminars and workshops, including the International Assembly of Youth for UNESCO (Nov. 29–Dec. 1, 2024), SAFE Orientation (Sept. 17, 2025), 1st Islamic Symposium of Marbel Daw’ah Volunteers (Oct. 6, 2024), Marist Leadership Formation Program Phase 1 (Sept. 15, 2024), Leaders’ Day Camp 2024 (Aug. 31, 2024), Strategies for Enhancing Academic Performance to Academic Excellence (May 24, 2024), and NSTP-CWTS programs (May 18, 2024).
