Robert-Glenn A. Miguel, NDMU PhD Student, Presents Research on Quality Management Systems at International Education Conference in Bali

BALI, INDONESIA — Robert-Glenn A. Miguel, PhD student at Notre Dame of Marbel University (NDMU), presented his research at the 12th International Conference on Education 2026, held from March 26–28 in Bali.

His study, “Applying Quality Management System Principles: A Case Study of Family-Owned Higher Education Institutions in Region 12,” explored how private, family-managed colleges and universities implement quality management systems to improve academic standards, operational efficiency, and student outcomes.

The conference, organized by The International Institute of Knowledge Management (TIIKM), gathered global scholars, educators, and policy leaders to share research and best practices in education.
