NDMU Sports/Athletics Office Launched Enrichment Program to Strengthen Leadership, Wellness, and Training for Athletes and Coaches

The Sports/Athletics Office of Notre Dame of Marbel University successfully conducted an Enrichment Program for student-athletes and coaches from August 7 to 28, 2025, at the Bro. Renato Cruz Hall.

The program featured expert-led sessions on key areas:

• Becoming a Marist Athlete and Coach by Dr. Andres O. Magallanes, Jr.

• Effective Communication in Sports by Aldrin O. Juanico, LPT, MAEd

• Body Conditioning and Exercises by Dr. Wilfredo M. Atayan

• Effective Leadership in Sports by Dr. Eliseo V. Villaganas, Jr.

• Injury Prevention & First Aid in Sports by Janne Lourenz A. Ferrer, LPT, EMT

The initiative aimed to enhance the skills, values, and well-being of athletes and coaches, reinforcing NDMU’s commitment to holistic, values-based sports development.
