Notre Dame of Marbel University's Rest and Recreation Program is an ongoing initiative, designed especially for NDMU’s faculty and staff, provides a much-needed pause from the demands of academic and administrative life. It is a time to recharge, reconnect, and rediscover the joy of simply being — not as professionals fulfilling roles, but as individuals deserving of care.
Through organized recreational activities, fellowship sessions, and lighthearted team-building experiences, the program allows personnel to step away from their desks and breathe in moments of laughter and calm. Beyond relaxation, it also fosters stronger bonds among colleagues, nurturing an environment of trust, empathy, and mutual support — values deeply rooted in NDMU’s Marist tradition.
As the program continues throughout the year, the message remains clear — in nurturing the spirit of its employees, NDMU continues to live out its mission of integral human formation, where rest is not just an option but a vital part of becoming whole.
