NDMU Medical Technology Department Partners with City Health Office to Combat Communicable Diseases

The Notre Dame of Marbel University (NDMU), through its Medical Technology Department, stands in solidarity with the City Health Office of Koronadal in advocating for the eradication of parasitic and other communicable diseases within the community.

A Memorandum of Understanding (MOU) was formally signed on July 12, 2024, between the Department and various Barangay Health Centers in Koronadal City, marking a unified effort to promote health awareness, disease prevention, and early detection within local communities.

Through this partnership, both institutions committed to shared responsibilities in conducting community-based initiatives, medical campaigns, and health education drives. The collaboration underscores NDMU’s dedication to public health advocacy and its mission to serve the community through science, compassion, and the Marist values of Character, Competence, and Culture.
