NDMU Faculty and PHD Student Present Studies at the 12th International Conference on Education 2026 in Bali, Indonesia

BALI, INDONESIA — Four faculty members from Notre Dame of Marbel University (NDMU) presented their research at the 12th International Conference on Education 2026 (ICEDU 2026) held from March 26–28 in Bali, Indonesia, demonstrating the university’s strong engagement in international academic research and collaboration.


Representing NDMU at the international conference were Dr. Karla Jane Cabiling-Dalipe, Alphil Christian Cabe, Dr. Hazel Granil, Dean of the College of Health Sciences, and Mr. Glen Miguel, a Ph.D. student. The four presenters shared their research findings with scholars, educators, and researchers from different countries, contributing to global discussions on educational development and innovation.


The conference was organized by The International Institute of Knowledge Management (TIIKM) and gathered academic professionals and researchers from across the globe to exchange insights on emerging trends and challenges in education. The event carried the theme “Transforming Education for a Sustainable and Inclusive Future: Adaptive Teaching, Innovative Research, Local and Global Partnerships, and Policy Implications.”


Through their presentations, the NDMU delegates highlighted research initiatives and perspectives from the Philippine context, contributing to broader conversations on education reform, institutional practices, and innovative teaching and learning approaches.


Also part of the NDMU delegation was Dr. Wilter C. Friales, Director of Student Affairs and Development and head of Quality Assurance, Admissions, Promotions, and Scholarships, who likewise delivered a research presentation during the conference.


The participation of NDMU faculty members in the international conference reflects the university’s continued commitment to strengthening global academic partnerships, and contributing to knowledge exchange in the field of education.
