Marist Educators Congress 2026 Continues with Small-Group Discernment Circles Facilitated by Ms. Elma B. Rafil, MS, NDMU Director of Human Resource and Development

KORONADAL CITY — The Marist Educators Congress 2026 is currently ongoing with Small-Group Discernment Circles facilitated by Ms. Elma B. Rafil, MS, Director of Human Resource and Development at Notre Dame of Marbel University (NDMU).
