Job Description:
Primary duties and responsibilities:
Maintains and manages the files and documents of the office ensuring the
security of the documents
Assists institutional activities and sessions related to gender and human
development concerns
Can ably assist gender advocates (men, women, other gender
identities/expressions) in their activities
Can effectively manage the office
Job Specification :
The following are the qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree
Strong interpersonal skills
Possesses computer skills and knowledge of word processing programs
Ability to multi-task effectively
Capable of handling students: men, women, other gender identities/expressions
