Job Description:


Primary duties and responsibilities:

  • Maintains and manages the files and documents of the office ensuring the

security of the documents

  • Assists institutional activities and sessions related to gender and human

development concerns

  • Can ably assist gender advocates (men, women, other gender

identities/expressions) in their activities

  • Can effectively manage the office

 

Job Specification :                                      

 

The following are the qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s degree

  • Strong interpersonal skills

  • Possesses computer skills and knowledge of word processing programs

  • Ability to multi-task effectively

    Capable of handling students: men, women, other gender identities/expressions
