Dr. Eliseo Villaganas, NDMU SSG Moderator, Officially Certified as Organization Adviser of the Philippines and Elected PACSA Mindanao Core Group Secretary

Notre Dame of Marbel University proudly congratulates Mr. Eliseo Villaganas for officially becoming a Certified Organization Adviser of the Philippines (COAP 2025) and for his election as PACSA, Mindanao Secretary.

His successful completion of the COAP program, conducted by the Philippine Association of Campus Student Advisers (PACSA) on August 21–24, 2025, at the Manila Grand Hotel, demonstrates his unwavering dedication to student development, organizational leadership, and service to the academic community. He was formally conferred his sablay and certificate during the official rites held on November 29, 2025, in Baguio City.

In his new role as PACSA–Mindanao Secretary, Mr. Villaganas will take on significant responsibilities to strengthen student affairs initiatives, support campus advisers, and advance leadership development programs across the Mindanao region.
