Notre Dame of Marbel University (NDMU) student organizations made remarkable strides at the International Assembly of Youth for UNESCO (Y4U) 2024ย in Puerto Princesa, Palawan, highlighting their active collaboration with NGOs and commitment to advancing the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).

The NDMU Peacebuilders Organization (PBO)ย was re-accreditedย and recognized as an Outstanding Club for Culture, promoting peacebuilding, cultural heritage, and sustainability ย through partnerships with local and national NGOs.

Meanwhile, the PHISMETS-NDMUย earned the title Outstanding Club for Science and Technology, championing health education, innovation, and responsible scientific practice .

The UAPSA-NDMU, the first UNESCO-accredited UAPSA chapter in the country, advances sustainable architecture and climate action (SDG 9, SDG 13), while the NDMU Muslim Students Organization (MSO)ย fosters interfaith harmony and inclusion .

These achievements demonstrate NDMUโ€™s strong collaboration with the National Coordinating Body of Clubs for UNESCO Philippinesย and other partner NGOsโ€”working hand in hand to empower communities and promote education, peace, and sustainable developmentย through youth leadership.
