Bachelor of Library and Information Science

The Bachelor of Library and Information Science (BLIS) is a four-year program designed to equip students with the knowledge and skills necessary for the effective management, organization, and dissemination of information across various formats and platforms. The program integrates traditional librarianship with emerging technologies, preparing graduates to become dynamic information professionals in both physical and digital environments. Through practical training, research, and community involvement, BLIS students are molded into ethical, service-oriented leaders in the field of library and information science.

Graduates of the BLIS program are expected to:
