Any student who has incurred failures in the subjects in any of the semesters is subject to the following:

A) Probation - Any student who, at the end of the term fails to pass at least 65% of the total number of academic units will be on probation during the next semester.

A student is allowed a maximum of two probationary periods provided these are not successive.

B) Dismissal - During his probationary period, he should be deloaded and should pass 80% of his academic load.

If he fails after two probationary periods, he shall be dismissed from the University.
