Degrees, titles, or certificates may be conferred on students only if they have met the following conditions:
- The candidate must have filed a formal application for a title or degree on a form furnished by the Registrar's Office.
Schedules for the filing of application for graduation are posted in the bulletin boards of the colleges.
- The student must have completed satisfactorily all the academic requirements as prescribed in the curriculum.
This means no student who shall be completing all requirements in the following summer or semester shall be allowed to participate in the graduation ceremonies immediately before the same summer or semester.
- The candidate must be cleared of all financial and/or property responsibilities.
