Midterm and final examinations are given each semester in all subjects.
Two weeks before the final examinations, a student gets a clearance form from the Business Office.
When the clearance form has been completed, that is, signed by all officials required to sign it, it is submitted to the Business Office.
The student will then be given an Exam Permit.
This Exam Permit is presented to and initialed by the teachers who supervise the exams.
Failure to take the Midterm or Final Examination will mean a zero equivalent in the exam component of grade.
SPECIAL EXAMINATION
Special examinations are given to those students who failed to take the test during the scheduled time due to serious illness or other emergencies and who informed the dean prior to the examination time.
However, such examination may be given only with permission of the dean.
A corresponding fee is charged for the special exam.
The special exam is given as scheduled. No application for special examination will be entertained after the scheduled time. |
