Among the roll of topnotchers on the September 2019 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET) were graduates from the Notre Dame of Marbel University.

The following were: Joven Patricio, top 6 (91.40%, Secondary Level), Gretchen Dice Parcon, top 8 (90.20%, Elementary Level), and Nurul-Izzah Lamalan, top 10 (Elementary Level, 89.90%).

There were 34 new licensed professional teachers (LPTs) majoring in who were first-time takers in NDMU.

NDMU obtained 86.84% passing rate on the first takers and 79.07% overall passing rate.

In the said exam, 28,973 of 92,437 examinees have passed the LET for elementary level.

The national passing rate of the September 2019 LET for elementary level is 31.34%.

Meanwhile, 39.69% or 54,179 LPTs of 136,519 takers is the national passing rate of the September 2019 LET for secondary level.
