Committed to continuous improvement, the College Undergraduate Programs are collaborative learning communities dedicated to the creation and sharing of knowledge that places special emphasis on developing the total person imbued with the necessary knowledge, skills, and Christian values.

The interaction between and among our faculty, students, and members of the professional community is the mechanism that makes the College a learning organization.

NDMU college degree programs are designed to prepare students to be successful in private and public sector institutions, business and industries throughout the region and the country. The main objective of the baccalaureate degree is to provide students with degrees on their chosen disciplines.

The program is designed to prepare students for advancement into their professional careers by providing breadth of knowledge in selected disciplines, training in communication skills, proper attitudes and a solid foundation in Christian education.

At present there are five colleges:

The college programs have the following general objectives which aim to:

  1. provide students with a broad, Christian liberal education, and a professional competence in selected programs that:
  • include the various co-curricular and extracurricular activities that will provide the students those experiences which will enrich and deepen their appreciation of Filipino culture and heritage, and create an awareness of the country’s aspirations and search for Filipino identity.
  • introduce the students to a particular  field of specialization in which they can pursue in greater detail a particular area of competence suited to their capabilities and the needs of their community; and
  • uphold moral formation and the development of moral values;
  • include various knowledge, skills and attitudes they need to become thinking and creative members of the society;
  1. provide a Christian orientation through religious education as the core of the curriculum, and the promotion of faith through liturgical, social and apostolic activities.
  2. commit itself to the service of the City of Koronadal and its surrounding areas in general by making educational opportunities accessible to deserving students regardless of sex, socio- economic status, religion,  and ethnicity.
  3. inculcate in the students the Marist spirit of evangelical simplicity and humility, respect for the dignity of labor and the great  value of human person.
  4. provide opportunities for research and mutually share resources and expertise with other sectors for advancement of knowledge.
