The Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education (BEED) Program prepares the student for a successful careers as teachers of children in preschool, elementary-primary, and elementary-intermediate classroom settings.
In this program, a student would undergo a methodical coursework and extensive field experience in elementary school settings to enable students to integrate theory with teaching practice, developing entry level skills and knowledge needed to make informed decisions about the current and emerging diagnostic and instructional strategies that are used in the elementary schools.
This program also improves the preparation of teachers, other professional educators, and professional support personnel, thereby, improving teaching, learning and leadership techniques through research and practice. The program is known for its innovative, enthusiastic approaches to today’s challenges in the field of education.
