Considered to be the one of the best in Mindanao, the Science laboratories are excellent features of the University.

They are situated in the sprawling multi-million science complex and are equipped with adequate, most modern, and state of the art apparatus/equipment.

Their primary function is to provide facilities needed in the instruction of students on laboratory work which forms part of most science courses offered in the university.

Since NDMU is an active member of LABCON XI, its laboratories provides testing services for collaborative projects with some government and non-government agencies. Students and other clients also use the facilities of the laboratories for research work.

Another best feature of the Science Laboratories is the modern and well-equipped Clinical Training and Diagnostic Laboratory.

Manned by licensed medical technologists and pathologist, the laboratory provides extensive in-house-hands-on training for medtech students and interns and serves as a diagnostic and a referral laboratory vis-à-vis research laboratory.

Services offered are: Hematology, Clinical Microscopy, Clinical Chemistry, Geralogy, and Microbiology, among others.

These features become the landmark of the University for the visitors and students who wish to visit the place or complete their baccalaureate, masteral, and post-graduate degrees.
