Students with valid reasons may withdraw from enrolment within two weeks after enrolment.  No academic penalty shall be imposed from withdrawal of registration done within the prescribed period.

However, the students should follow the standard procedure.  The Clearance Form required of those officially withdrawing from the University is obtained from the Registrar’s Office.  This Form is to be completed and to be accompanied by a letter from the parents or guardians indicating the reasons for withdrawal.  If this procedure is not followed, no refund of any kind will be made and student gets a grade of NC (No Credit) for unofficial withdrawal or dropping.
