ADMISSION REQUIREMENT FOR TRANSFEREES

Transferee is required to comply  with the following admission procedures:

1. Undergo interview with the College Dean.
2. Take the Admission Test at the Guidance Center. (Final admission to a course will depend on passing the cut off score required by the course).
3. Present the following documents to the Guidance Staff for checking:

• Honourable Dismissal
• Informative Copy of Scholastic Record from the school last attended
• Character Reference
• Photocopy of NSO Authenticated Birth Certificate
• 3 copies – Passport- sized colored picture with white background
• 2 long brown envelopes
• Other documents required for the admission to a specific program

4. Fill–out the Admission Form and Personal Data Sheet
5. Undergo Career Guidance/Advising with the Guidance Counselor.
6. Undergo Medical and Dental Examination in the Clinic
7. Present the Admission Form and requirements to the College Dean.
8. Undergo an interview with the College Dean for enrolment
9.  Attend the scheduled Orientation program with parents or guardian.
10.  Get an orientation attendance certificate
