Students dropping out from the University must secure Clearance Form from the Registrar’s Office. The Clearance Form must be accompanied by a letter from the parents or guardian indicating the reason for dropping from the University.
All students are expected to complete the enrolment in the final registration week. A student is not officially enrolled unless his /her COMPUTERIZED STUDY LOAD is stamped “REGISTERED” and signed by the Registrar within the enrolment period.
