Course Shifter is required to comply  with the following admission requirements:

1. Students who intend to shift from one course to another within the university must secure a shifting form from the Dean and entrance test result from the Guidance Center.
2. Undergo a Career Guidance and advising by the Guidance Counselor. 
3. Undergo an interview with the College Dean.
4. If accepted in the college, the shifter should have his/her shifting form signed by the dean of the college where he/she is enrolled.
