All students are expected to complete the enrolment in the final registration week. A student is not officially enrolled unless his/her COMPUTERIZED STUDY LOAD is stamped “REGISTERED” and signed by the Registrar within the enrolment period.
Students are issued class cards in every subject they enroll in. These cards will be used for admission to classes at the beginning of the semester as well as rating cards during Midterm and Finals. In no cases will the students be allowed to attend classes without the class cards.
If the students lose their cards they may obtain new cards with corresponding charges from the Registrar’s Office.
