USE OF SCHOOL FACILITIES

Students are expected to regard school property with care and to keep the buildings and campus clean. A student who causes damage to any school property is obliged to pay for the damage and be subjected to disciplinary actions.

Students should pay for any damaged materials within premises of the school. After accepting school properties and equipments, students have the responsibility to return them in good condition to the In-charge.

NDMU adopts the Solid Waste Management Program of the national and local government units and its all implementing policies, rules, and guidelines.

USES of BULLETIN BOARDS and POSTING of ANNOUNCEMENT/POSTERS

  1. All announcement, notices, and posters for posting shall bear a “Permit to Post” from the Office of Student Affairs and Development.
  2. Important notices are posted on bulletin boards. Specific policies hence, students are held responsible for their compliance.
  3. Bulletin Boards are for Official Use Only: To tamper with them is a serious offense. All administration, departmental Organization and Club Bulletin Boards are considered official.
  4. The owner of any announcement/notice posted is responsible to remove it immediately after the permit’s validity has lapsed.
  5. Glue, paste, and “rugby” should not be used for posting.
  6. No notice/announcement/poster is allowed to be posted on the walls of the buildings. These information materials should be posted only in the designated area.

THE USE of SCHOOL FACILITIES

  1. Only students with activities approved by the Office of the Student Affairs may avail themselves of the use of school facilities in coordination with the Physical Plant Manager.
  2. Booking for reservation of the use of facilities should be observed. Reservation is required at least 3 days before the date of the activity.

  1. The permittee is held responsible to switch off lights and fans; to maintain cleanliness and order of the facilities used and to make reimbursement for any facilities damaged or lost.
