Semestral final grades are based on the work done during the entire semester, not solely on the results of the final exams. In both midterm and the final exams, the grades are determined according to a fixed system followed by the members of the faculty. Each exam is 50% of the final grade. The other 50% is based on the quality of work done in the classroom, participation in class activities, out of class assignment regularly submitted, and cooperation in class projects.

The final semestral mark is the average of the midterm and final grades. An official Rating Slip is issued to each student at the end of each semester. Advisory grades are also mailed to the parents. Parents or guardians are requested to examine the advisory grades and follow up the works of their sons and daughters.
