School Uniform and Personal Attire
- Students are required to wear the prescribed school uniform on all school days except Wednesday which is a “Business or Casual attire Day”.
- The prescribed uniform for ladies is:
- White Blouse with Necktie
- Checkered Skirt
- Closed black shoes with at least 1 inch heels

- The prescribed uniform for male students is:
- White polo with NDMU Seal
- Black long pants
- Black leather shoes
- Students who are not in Uniform shall not be allowed to attend classes.
- Wednesday is considered as a “Casual or Business Attire Day”, students are required to wear decent attire and must observe good grooming. The following, but not limited to, are prohibited:
- Sleeveless T-shirt
- T-shirt with graffiti
- Hanging /blouses with plunging neckline and those with spaghetti straps.
- “Bakya” or rubber slippers
- See-through apparels
- Mini-skirts
- Break Pants
- Any attire that tends to offend the sensibility of other students, faculty, and administration is prohibited.
- Students who have subjects requiring fieldwork or practicum are permitted to wear the prescribed practicum uniform for off- and in-campus activities.
- Pregnant married women are exempted from wearing school uniform only when pregnancy becomes evident.
- Full-time working students are exempted from wearing the uniform provided they secure a Uniform Exemption Permit from the College Dean.
- P.E. Uniforms are for P.E classes only. These uniforms are not to be worn in attending other classes. Students are not allowed to enter the campus in their PE Uniform.
- Male students are not allowed to wear earrings. They are also required to maintain the prescribed haircut. The length of the hair must not touch the collar of the polo shirt.
- Wearing of any other attire other than the prescribed uniform is subject to the approval of the two (2) Vice Presidents and the President.
STUDENT ID
A permanent Identification Card is issued to every student at the time of his/her initial enrolment in the University. This permanent ID is validated each semester upon enrolment in the University. The student should display his/her ID at all times while he/she is on campus. The ID is required for admittance to the campus and for use of University facilities and services such as library, dental and medical check-ups, mail services, and all recreational facilities.
In case of loss of ID, the student must notify the Office of Student Affairs and Development; secure an Affidavit duly notarized stating the circumstances around the loss of the ID, and presents the Affidavit to the Director of Student Affairs who will authorize the issuance of ID replacement.
If the lost ID is found later, it should be surrendered to the Office of Student Affairs and Development. Upon graduation, transfer to another school, or withdrawal from the University, the student must surrender his/her ID to the Office of Student Affairs and Development as one of the clearance requirements.
