Any student who has incurred failures in the subjects in any of the semesters is subject to the following:
A.) Probation – any student who, at the end of the term, fails to pass at least 65% of the total number of academic units will be on probation during the next semester. A student is allowed a maximum of two probationary periods provided these are not successive.
B.) Dismissal – During his/her probationary period, he/she should be deloaded and should pass 80% of his academic load. If he/she fails after two probationary periods, he/she shall be dismissed from the University.
